Comfortable beds, daily room cleaning and towel changes, spacious bathroom, helpful and caring staff, laundry services available, on-site restaurant. 20-minute walk from Tokyo station with a suitcase. Close to city center, metro stations, and affordable price. Very clean hotel, short walk from Tokyo Station and underground stations. Friendly staff assisted with taxi service. Unfortunately, did not have breakfast due to early flight.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Tokyo and had a great experience. the hotel's location was perfect - it was conveniently located near a Tokyo Metro station that connected to two subway lines, making it easy to explore the city center and even travel to the airport. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was outstanding, with English-speaking employees who were friendly and helpful. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that an extra bed could be added upon request. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the value for money provided by this hotel.
There was nothing major that I felt could be improved - everything was perfectly fine during my stay.
